Given our geographic location and the ABSENCE of US-based brand name support, we have always built our own systems – for BOTH the consumer (home-owner) and the business environment. We stand behind our system for a period of SIX (6) months, UNCONDITIONALLY, so long as the system is attached to a fully operational Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
